Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: honey, vanilla cream and milk chocolate, alongside some wood smoke.
Palate: initially savoury with notes of rye bread, oak, barbeque, before giving way to sweet and spicy elements - maple wood, cacao butter and clove.
Finish: lingering spice and dry oak.
