An exquisite single malt from the Walsh Whisky Distillery. This uses two woods, and two styles of whisky. It celebrates a French-American connection, using casks made from oak found in both countries. This is not the only wedding though, there is another marriage happening within this dram between single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey. Nose: sweet vanilla, cinnamon, plum, poached orchard fruits.
Palate: citrus zest, milk chocolate, hint of cracked black pepper spice.
Finish: decadent, elegant.
