Agitator ‘Evidens Ice Cider Cask’ is part of the Swedish distillery’s Evidens series, where they set out to show that you don’t need to go as high as traditional Scotch filling strength to get great flavours. Bottled at 55% ABV, this release uses Agitator’s vacuum distillation approach, allowing the spirit and cask to work together at a more measured pace. Matured in a combination of Swedish ice cider casks and French Sauternes casks, the whisky strikes a fine balance between bright, orchard-led freshness and deeper, dessert-like richness.

Nose: Baked apple and ripe pear, joined by soft smoke and a drizzle of honey.
Palate: Honeyed fruit, with a crisp, almost icy lift from the cider cask, while the Sauternes adds body and depth.
Finish: Warming and well-rounded, lingering with notes of orchard fruit and a gentle wisp of smoke.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
