Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: tarry ropes, smoked fish, peat, smoky fruits, lemon and lime.
Palate: oily and smoky peat with hints of liquorice and cracked black pepper.
Finish: long with deep smoke and a suggestion of toasted almonds.
