Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: rich notes of the finest Oloroso sherry maturation with chocolate, sultanas, raspberries, plums and even coffee.
Palate: intense red fruits with more ripe plums, cherries, hints of liquorice, orange and Jamon Iberico.
Finish: incredibly long with the sweetness of the red fruits lingering on the tongue.
