From London's Bimber distillery comes this brilliant ex-bourbon whisky! The first casks used here were laid down in May 2016 and matured for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled as batch number two in early October 2020. The outturn was 2,950 bottles.

Nose: fresh pancakes, white-fleshed fruits, lemon and white pepper.
Palate: waves of heather honey and milk chocolate, balanced by orange peel and a malty sweetness.
Finish: orchard fruits and sweet vanilla.
