Benriach 21 Year Old The Twenty One
You guessed it: Benriach The Twenty One is THE new 21-year-old from the much-loved Speyside distillery! This spectacular single malt has been crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and matured for 21 years in four cask types - bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks, and Bordeaux red wine casks, that is - before being bottled at 46% abv without any colouring added.
Hamish Says...
Nose: plenty of orchard fruits, berries and sweet honey.
Palate: rich and layered; the taste is filled with sultanas, pecans, candied grape and caramelised pear, alongside a wisp of smoked pine nut.
Finish: lingering dried fruits, nutty and gently spiced on the tongue.

The GlenDronach of 2024 has landed! With an updated design, the liquid inside is as sherried as ever. Matured for 18 years entirely in rare Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain, the Highland whisky is bottled at 46% abv.
