An outstanding creation from the ingenious folks at the Bimber distillery in London! This blended malt has been perfected with a finish in Bimber's own single malt casks, and offers a delightful taste of honey-drizzled peaches and earthy spices. A distillery well worth keeping an eye on.

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Reserve No.6

From the lush Lake District, The Lakes Distillery presents a delightful and fragrant dram that showcases their sherry-led house style. Taking inspiration from the Cognac tradition of élévage and the perfume industry, this expression is a result of maturation in premium Oloroso, PX, and red wine casks. The whisky bursts with fragrant notes of dates, fruit cake, and five spice that make it a wee work of art.

Filey Bay Special Release Double Oak #2

This whisky is a blend of two distillate styles from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, and is matured in a unique combination of select ex-Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks. Named after the beach that the folks at the distillery can see from their windows, the dram boasts English childhood-like flavours of cream soda, fruit gums, and pineapple cubes with a hint of spicy oak that will take you down memory lane.

The One Fine Blended Moscatel Cask

This here's a delicate blend from The Lakes Distillery called The One Moscatel Cask Finish. It's a well-balanced tipple that marries grain and malt whiskies from all over the United Kingdom - from the Highlands, Speyside, Islay, and even The Lakes English whisky. From the heart of Norfolk, emerges an outstanding drink brought to life by St. George's Distillery (fitting!) to honour the finest No.6's in English rugby. With six years of aging and a finish in ex-rum casks, this single malt creates a divine elixir that exhibits a fruity blend of tropical flavours and a hint of vanilla. Its appeal extends beyond its delightful notes of sultanas and apricots, as a limited edition official England Rugby hip flask accompanies the bottle while stocks last!

Masthouse Single Malt Pot and Column Still

Wire Works Virgin Oak Finish

Nestled in the breath-taking Peak District National Park, Derbyshire, White Peak Distillery has outdone themselves with this cracking limited edition release. After being matured in a dozen virgin oak barrels, this marvellous English single malt is a sensory delight, with distinct notes of sweet pepper, orchard fruits, cloves and just a hint of smoke. The distillery's location is steeped in English history, as it was once home to the pioneering Johnson and Nephew Wireworks factory during the Industrial Revolution. A wee triumph!

By Jove, we have a true gem from the oldest distillery in England, The English Distillery in Norfolk, founded in 2006! Aged in a single sherry cask for fifteen long years and bottled at a robust cask strength of 57.6% abv, this tipple is truly exceptional. It's rich, bold, and packed with distinctive flavours of baked fig, raisin, and crystallized ginger. Simply sublime!
