Hamish's Tipple of the Week: Christmas Irish Coffee
A wee pour of PX Sherry to sweeten. (or, miss this step if you're sweet enough!)
Top up with freshly brewed coffee.
2 tbsp double cream, whipped with 5-10ml of brandy.
Use the back of a spoon to layer the cream on top, and add a pinch of mixed spice on top.
Boozy, decadent and festive: the perfect Christmas tipple.
