We are launching a brand new rewards scheme, which will grant all of our customers the ability to collect points with every purchase to trade for money-off vouchers.

There will be two tiers of Fyne Rewards: Friends, and Fyne+. Incorporating our massively popular Fyne+, which will now become, each tier will give you an escalating number of benefits.

The free Friends tier gives those with an account the ability to earn one point per pound. 

The Fyne+ tier is the place to be for those looking to expand their whisky world. Building upon the current membership, and absorbing all current members, the top tier brings an almost endless array of benefits, including ballots, discounts, in-store tasting invites and many more treats throughout the year. A bargain for £14.99 per year.

Both levels (Friends & Fyne+) will benefit from earning points. The points they will accumulate will be determined by the tier that they are in.

  • Friends £1 = 1 Points
  • Fyne+ £1 = 2 Points

Points earned will be attributed to a Rewards Customer account up to 24 hours after purchase online and 48 hours after purchase in-store.

Mobile Wallet

Say goodbye to forgetting your membership card at home: you can keep it in your mobile wallet on your smartphone. Simply present your card in-store for our whisky experts to scan, to earn points. When signed in online, your points will be automatically added after every purchase.

Vouchers

You can now collect points through your purchases in store and online:

• 125 Pts = £5 Off

• 250 Pts = £10 Off

• 375 Pts = £15 Off

• 500 Pts = £20 Off

To redeem your points, simply login to your Rewards account, choose which voucher you’d like and a QR code will be sent to your email.

You can also collect points by filling out your profile details such as your nearest store and date of birth. Members should also keep an eye on their inbox as we will be offering birthday rewards and occasional promotional points offers with the chance to earn double and triple points on individual products, an entire category, or across the business.
