Islay Festival 2024 Bottlings

Ardbeg Spectacular
Released for Ardbeg Day 2024, the distillery's dedicated day within the festival, this show-stopping whisky has been matured in rare port wine barrels, bringing a devilishly sweet side to the typically smoky Ardbeg. This big whisky brings salty and smoky flavours on the palate, alongside eucalyptus, salted caramel, smoked pecan nuts and fragrant woodsmoke.
Bunnahabhain 14 Year Old Ruby Port Cask Finish
Bottled for Fèis Ìle 2024, this 14-year-old Bunnahabhain single malt has been finished in Ruby Port Hogsheads which has imparted notes of plum and cinnamon onto the creamy Islay spirit. Presented at a cask strength of 58.7% abv.
Bunnahabhain 23 Year Old Triple Sherry Wood Finish
A step up from the 14-year-old, this limited-edition Bunnahabhain been treated to a finish in a combination of Amontillado sherry casks, Oloroso casks and Manzanilla casks. Presented at 53.3% abv, only 4,002 individually numbered bottles are available. Expect notes of vanilla, butterscotch and strawberries with a dry finish full of pine needles and blackcurrants.
Ardnahoe Inaugural Release
Released ahead of the festival, Ardnahoe is the latest distillery to open on the island and will be welcoming visitors to taste it's first ever whisky this summer. The dram has been matured for five years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in flavours of custard, lemon, ginger and baked apples, and a long and smoky finish.
