We recently caught up with Dillon Barrie of Raise The Bar Glasgow as he gives the perfect twist to The Loch Fyne Whiskies that we all know and love.

Raise The Bar Glasgow deliver outstanding bespoke cocktails with the friendliness and warmness that you’d expect coming out of Glasgow. The service is second to none and what makes them truly unique is the variety of their own cocktails and the fact it all takes place outside of the confines of a normal bar!

Aside from that, Dillon and his team offer bespoke cocktail parties, wedding receptions, corporate events, cocktail masterclasses and spirit tastings as well as designing unique drinks lists for bars, restaurants and hotels.

They’re about to launch the first edition of their Cocktail Club where Dillon and his team will show you how to make your favourite cocktails. The first event is on 26th April at Rawlings Loves To Eat, Glasgow and Dillon hopes that this will be the first in a series of great pop-up events.

Loch Fyne Whiskies are delighted to be featured on the Signature Menu:

Let’s take a look at some of our favourite cocktails:

Chocolate & Orange White Russian

The Loch Fyne Chocolate & Orange Liqueur, White Chocolate Mozart, Milk, Cream and Orange Bitters shaken hard with cubed ice and strained over cubed ice garnished with an orange twist.

Who doesn’t love Loch Fyne Chocolate & Orange Liqueur, with extra chocolate and orange!

Honey & Hibiscus Sour

The Loch Fyne Botanical Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Honey & Hibiscus Syrup. Shake up all ingredients and garnish with lemon zest, hibiscus and thyme.

The ultimate in sweet and sour cocktails. The juniper, coriander and orange peel notes of The Loch Fyne Botanical Gin are beautifully married with the lemon zest and honey for a stunning spring time tipple.

Milking It

Milk-Washed Vodka, The Loch Fyne Honey & Ginger Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Honey. Shake up all ingredients and fine strain over crushed ice, garnish with slice of grapefruit.

This one is a fantastic cocktail for those warm summer evenings. The honey and lemon juice is perfectly balanced with the ginger of the liqueur, adding a nice little kick. Finished off with some grapefruit to garnish, it’s a belter!

Inverarian Spritzer

The Loch Fyne Blend, Reisling, Pineapple Juice, Thyme Syrup. Shake up all ingredients and strain over cubed ice, garnish with thyme.

Nothing says ‘tropical’ like a bit of pineapple juice. Married together with some Reisling and The Loch Fyne Blend from the heart of Inveraray, this one is spectacular sat outside with the sun beaming down.
