Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: rich oak, dried fruits, figs, raisins, and sultanas, balanced with treacle toffee, dark chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: a rich oakiness, sweet treacle and dried fruits, black coffee and cocoa with roasted nuts and a subtle coastal brine.
Finish: dry but lingering with sweet fruit and oak notes.
