Bottled at 49.7% abv, this expression is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Outstanding!

Nose: barley sugar, candied pear, sweet dates.

Palate: more pear, cereal, dried fruit.

Finish: strong, spicy, surprising floral note at the end.
