A fabulous new distillery on the Irish whiskey scene! The first release from Connacht Distillery is a wonderfully sweet treat bursting with well-balanced flavours of cinnamon, fudge, and malt. The expression was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Jerez casks. Just lovely!
