Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday - To ensure successful delivery, someone of legal age must be present to sign for the parcel. Read more about UK deliveries here.
We do not accept orders for these address types:
- PO Boxes
- Military Bases
All deliveries to mainland UK are charged at a flat rate of £4.95, regardless of the size of the order.
Provided we have the product in stock, all orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
For urgent deliveries, please use our Premium Delivery service.
Next day delivery is available for UK orders placed before 1pm through our Premium Delivery Service. These orders will be processed for delivery on the next working day after the order is placed. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Please note that we cannot guarantee safe delivery, as we are relying on a third party courier.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for late delivery as we are relying on a third party courier. When possible, we advise that you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

We are happy to delivery your order to an address that is different to your normal billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process.
We can also deliver your order to your permanent place of employment as long as there is someone who is able to receive and sign for the delivery on your behalf.
PO boxes are not acceptable for delivery purposes.
Military bases are very difficult to deliver to and must as a minimum have a physical address attached to them.
Schools are not acceptable addresses due to the nature of the contents of the packages.
