Matured for 14 years in ex American bourbon casks, before maturing for a final 4 years in 30 year old Olorosso sherry wood.
Nose: Fruity and spicy with vanilla, rich chocolate and Dundee marmalade.
Palate: Chocolate truffles, dried fruits, vanilla coffee and some cracked black pepper.
Finish: Long and fruity with hints of chocolate.
