This single cask expression was distilled in 1996 at Ben Nevis distillery at the foot of the UK's tallest mountain. Bottled by renowned indie bottler Hunter Laing & Co., this expression was matured in a single sherry butt for more than two decades. Just 34 bottles have been produced at a preferred strength of 50% abv, higher than the 46% abv that First Editions bottlings usually carry.
