Part of the Whisky Barrel Coffee Collection from Ovenbird Coffee Roasters Co., this Colombian coffee has spent 10 weeks ageing in sherry casks that previously held Laphroaig Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The beans are then medium roasted to give a balance between the coffee and whisky flavours. The result is peat, liquorice and barley notes, and a seaweed, smoky, woody aftertaste.
