This ten-year-old single malt hailing from Speyside's GlenAllachie distillery has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company as part of their Boutique-y Records Series. The dram enjoyed a finish in a Maker's Mark ex-bourbon cask before just 460 bottles were filled at 54.2% abv. A delight for the senses!

Nose: aromatic, cracked black pepper, freshly cut grass.

Palate: crisp apple, more grass, thick toffee.

Finish: herbal and satisfying.
