Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: sweet salted caramel and chocolate truffles mingle with Turkish delight and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
Palate: soft and gentle before a burst of baked apples, oranges, honey, toffee and molasses with double cream, cloves and aniseed giving balance.
Finish: long and lingering with soothing pecan, leather and fudge aspects.
