Fish. Chips. Salt and vinegar. I need hardly elaborate, but this Islay stunner for me rates above the Big Three from the south of the island. Sea air fills the lungs with a big nose of this, whilst lemon and peat come through on the mouth-coating, oleaginous (in a good way) palate. Pepper and peat hold hands into the sunset. One cod supper and a dram of this, please.
