Highland Park Fire Description

Inspired by the viking heritage of the Orkney island that Highland Park calls home. This 15 year old Fire expression has been designed to reflect the Fire Realm of Norse mythology, Muspelheim.

Limited to just 28,000 bottles globally, this is the first expression from the distillery to be matured in Port wine seasoned casks.

 

Hamish Says

Nose: vibrant and intense red fruits, warm vanilla, cinnamon and dark chocolate.

Palate: light smoke, citrus, vanilla, damsons and spice.

Finish: long and sweet with fruity spices.
