Height of Arrows may well soon be the height of fashion! The folk at Holyrood Distillery have taken many leaves out of whisky’s book. Distilled by a team of local whisky makers, Height of Arrows rejects the idea of a whole host of botanicals. Instead, they want to evoke a whisky drinking experience by stripping back the gin to its core, juniper. To this intriguing gin, we say slainte!
