The second batch of the signature expression, so you know a great deal of love and care has gone into it. This uses two spirits from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, one peated and one unpeated. The spirits are matured separately, with both types of spirit going in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a beautifully rich, subtly peated dram, full of red wine tannins and honey gold in colour. Every drop is distilled, matured, and bottled on the Isle, and this dram is free from chill filtration and arrives with a cask-imparted colour. Just the good stuff! Read More

Nose: peaty, sweet, slightly medicinal.
Palate: sea salt salinity, sweetness, certain pepperiness.
Finish: medium length, somewhat spicy, smoky.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when we receive the items.
