Nose: vanilla and light oak, with Bakewell tart, coconut, and a delicate floral note drifting through.
Palate: Silky and sweet, offering buttery pastry, fresh malt, raisins, and the faintest wee wisp of smoke.
Finish: Gentle and dry, with soft spice and demerara sugar lingering far longer than you might expect.
