Karuizawa 2000 Single Sherry Cask #7550

A golden goose for collectors, expressions from the demolished Karuizawa distillery are very hard to find. The distillery was located high up amongst misty mountains, on the slopes of an active volcano with an amazingly pure water source and a climate perfect for high-alcohol content maturation. Produced from single sherry cask #7550, this limited bottling was distilled in 2000, just before the distillery stopped producing whisky, and bottled in 2018 - only 514 bottles exist.
