Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: fresh stone fruits coated in a vanilla syrup with a cedar cigar-box whisp of smoke, lavendar and orange peel. Palate: clean, mouth-filling waxiness with ripe pears and a clove and anise gentle spice. Finish: long wooded notes of more cedar and almonds.
