The sixth and final annual release from The Macallan’s limited Harmony Collection. This concluding edition was inspired by the flavours of coconut, not strongly associated with Macallan and requiring a great deal of skill and selectivity from their Whisky Mastery Team to bring out. They’ve accomplished it by using all American oak, with a mixture of sherry-seasoned and ex-bourbon casks deployed for balance and roundness. As ever for the series, the packaging is sustainable and uses thematically appropriate waste materials – in this case, its black colour is derived from coconut husks and shells carbonised to produce charcoal! Presented at 46.3% abv, free from artificial colour.

Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: fresh coconut and lime zest, with tropical fruits, orange, lemon, vanilla, almond, and hints of baking spice.
Palate: citrus-spiked vanilla sponge, with desiccated coconut, icing sugar, dried tropical fruit and sweet oak.
Finish: lively, with bursts of coconut and floral honey.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
