The fifth release in Nc’nean’s much-loved ‘Quiet Rebels’ series shines a light on another of the distillery’s own – Simon, one of their talented distillers. A beer lover, Simon’s put his own twist on this organic single malt, creating something that’s as characterful as it is delicious; the whisky was finished in stout casks from Scottish brewing legends Innis & Gunn – which, in a neat full-circle moment, had once held Nc’nean whisky themselves. Before this finishing, the liquid spent time maturing in shaved, toasted, and re-charred red wine casks. The result is a rich, indulgent dram brimming with depth, warmth, and personality. Bottled at 48.5% ABV.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
