Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: Sweet dried fruits, rich butterscotch and molasses, all wrapped in an assertive yet refined peat smoke.
Palate: Bold and complex, combining smoky intensity with layers of dark sugar sweetness, fortified wine richness and warming spice.
Finish: Long and evolving, with lingering peat, gentle sweetness and spiced notes.
