A truly exceptional piece of liquid history, each bottling was hand selected by Head Distiller Adam Hannett, and is as unique as a fingerprint, with barley varietal, PPM, abv, cask type, and vintage being specific to each cask,  Sitting at 107 ppm and bottled at 59.4% abv, the aromas of this dram are reminiscent of bonfires and briny ham, with light notes of honey mingling in the background, whilst the palate explores regions of robust and oily smoked toffee and cooking spices. A truly exceptional piece of liquid history, each bottling was hand selected by Head Distiller Adam Hannett, and is as unique as a fingerprint, with barley varietal, PPM, abv, cask type, and vintage being specific to each cask,

Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.

Nose: Aromatic and enticing, dominated by fireside smoke, but with undertones of crispy bacon, and a whiff of honey-infused brine.

Palate: Rich and decadently peated, yet never overpowering in its intensity. Smoke intertwines with citrus fruits freshness, while dark chocolate and cinder toffee add a mellow sweetness to round out the balanced flavours. 

Finish: The lingering warmth of charred vanilla and oak leaves a sweet and smoky impression that lasts.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when we receive the items.

Please note that any personalised, engraved, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.
