Old Malt Cask Brora 20 Year Old Description
This single cask Islay single malt was distilled in June 1981 at the closed distillery of Brora. Matured for two decades in a single cask, it was bottled in July 2001 by indie bottler Douglas Laing & Co. (back when it was still run as a joint venture by brothers, Fred and Stewart) as part of the Old Malt Cask series. Bottled at a preferred strength of 50% abv, this release was limited to just 570 bottles.
This bottle was part of a private collection before making its way to Loch Fyne Whiskies.
