Plantation Rum Trinidad 2009

From the shores of Trinidad comes this work of art, Plantation Trinidad 2009 rum. This was aged in the south-east Caribbean in oak casks for 10 years. But that’s not all! It then journeyed to Jarnac in Frnace where it then spent one final year in Cognac casks. Some fair wee escapade! This expression is rich, full bodied, and full of wondrous notes that capture the essence of its various stages of production. Bottled in 2021, we don’t need to tell you they’ve done a cracking job with the design too.
