Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: peat smoke and malty digestive biscuit, with undertones of honey, exotic fruits, and mixed spice.
Palate: citrus, heather peat smoke, followed by a sandy minerality, toasted oak, peach, melon, and tobacco.
Finish: sweet stoned fruits alongside a dry barbeque note that lingers.
