An honorary bottling released at 54% abv in celebration of the Michter's legacy, the 2025 Bomberger's Declaration Bourbon was named for the 1800's Bomberger's distillery, which later became Mitcher's itself.
Laid to rest for a various of periods (ncluding 18 months, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years) in air-dried and seasoned Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak barrels, before undergoing a highly specialised toasting and charring process, this is an extraordinary liquid.

Nose: Bright fruit, roasted nuts and salted caramel.
Palate: Floral, jammy, sweet and salty flavours.
Finish: Lingering, with spicy notes accenting characters of chocolate and berries.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when we receive the items.
