A single malt is the product of one malt whisky distillery and that one distillery only, and there are many to choose from. Scotland is home to six whisky producing regions which are as diverse as the wine regions of France.
These regions produce give us single malt whiskies with distinct qualities and characteristics distinctive of their location, climate and production methods. There really is something to suit all tastes, from the smoky and peaty flavours of Islay to the mellow smooth sweetness of Highland and Speyside whiskies.
