This 15 year old Highland single malt is certified organic from start to finish. Made with organic barley supplied by local Scottish farms, grown without pesticides or fertilisers, every step in the distillation from malting to bottle is fully organic compliant - including casks that have been scraped and re-charred to ensure no non-organic ingredients can come into contact with the whisky. Produced in small batches and bottled free from chill-filtration and colouring.
Nose: sweet, soft and fruity with woody notes from the American oak casks.
Palate: malt and honeyed spices with smooth, sweet vanilla.
Finish: crisp with a lingering oak sweetness.
