Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: plenty of smoke intertwined with rich and fruity toasted oak, wisps of iodine, leather, walnuts and orange zest.
Palate: rich and viscous, the smoke balances with oak and fruit notes with caramel, marzipan, vanilla and crusty malty bread.
Finish: dry peat smoke lingers for an age.
