Originating from an area called the foggie moss and situated between the towns of Keith and Buckie. Aultmore means ‘the big river’ in Gaelic. From 1890 until 1960 power was generated by a water wheel, a feature which is still present today.
Nose: Floral tones with some citrus and toffee.
Palate: Zesty lemon citrus sandwiched between vanilla slice and malty buttery biscuit.
Finish: Dry nuttiness.
