Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: rich fruit cake, demerara sugar, vanilla, zesty citrus and dark chocolate.
Palate: smooth and sweet, stewed raisins and apple with dark chocolate, orange peel, toffee, ginger, liquorice and a hint of smoke.
Finish: creamy and smooth with lingering charred oak notes.
