Strathmill

The Strathmill Distillery is located in Keith, in Speyside, and is renowned for producing rare single malt Scotch whisky. Meaning ‘the mill in the long valley,’ the distillery has an annual capacity of about 1.8 million litres, which is mostly used in blends such as J&B. There has only been one official bottling and a small number of independent releases. The distinctive taste is partly due to the purifiers on the stills, which adds to the delicate character of the liquid.
