Signatory Vintage Caol Ila 2012 9 Year Old

A splendid nine-year-old Caol Ila that has been bottled for Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This expression was drawn from a pair of hogsheads that were laid to rest on 25th July 2012 for almost a decade, before being bottled on 21st June 2022 at 46% abv without chill filtration or artificial colouring. A cracking wee dram!
