70cl 54.5% abv Scotch Whisky Single Malt Islay
Typically Islay in character, this rare bottling from the renowned Signatory Vintage is a beautifully crafted single malt, full of sherry cask richness and maritime flavours.
Matured for 25 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt, this limited-edition liquid was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2025, at a cask strength of 54.5% ABV.
With no chill-filtration and no added colour, this is whisky in its purest form, full of flavour and complexity.

Nose: Smouldering peat, the delicate sweetness of dried fruit, and the dark acidity of roasted coffee.
Palate: Peat smoke, the sticky sweetness of dark treacle, burnt toffee, and medicinal salinity.
Finish: Ashy smoke, wrapping around the sherry sweetness of stewed figs.

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when we receive the items.
