Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: sweet tropical fruits and marshmallow with a touch of peat.
Palate: velvety smooth with rich pavlova, toffee apple and pecan pie alongside some yuzu fruit.
Finish: gently drying with an earthy note from the dunnage warehouses.
