This single barrel bourbon from Buffalo Trace distillery is part of the 'Extremely Rare' collection from The Last Drop Distillers. Distilled in 1982 and laid down for at least 18 years in a virgin charred American white oak cask, it has produced just 44 bottles at a strength of 45% abv. Each bottle is individually numbered and presented in a luxury leather case with a 5cl miniature, a custom-made stopper, a luxury tasting book and a signed certificate of authenticity.
Nose: vanilla toffee with cadied fruits and rich oak.
Palate: incredibly rich and buttery with apple, pecans, ripe pears, dark Belgian chocolate, caramel and black cherries.
Finish: dried dark fruits and lingering oak.
