A Japanese blend composed of 60% grain whisky and 40% malt whisky.

This well thought-out expression from Chugoku Jozo of Hiroshima has a rounded texture and complexity, similar in profile to a Lowland Scotch whisky.

Nose: Smooth with hints of peach and pear.

Palate: Powerful and balanced with notes of white pepper, malted cereals and violet.

Finish: Dry with aspects of pine nuts and sunflower seeds lingering on.
