Waterford Bannow Island 1.2 Description
Part of Waterford Distillery's much-anticipated Single Farm Origin Series. Bannow Island 1.2 was made with barley grown by Ed Harpur on the extreme Southern coast of Co. Wexford. The liquid was matured in a delicious combination of first-fill American oak, virgin oak and French oak casks for three months longer than the first edition, Bannow Island 1.1.
