A delightful 2003 Bowmore, bottled in 2022 by Decadent Drinks, in collaboration with Whisky Sponge. Hailing from Islay, this expression has been matured for several years in a refill sherry butt, before being 'broken' and taken out for some time, and then transferred to another sherry butt to complete its 18-year maturation. Decanted at an impressive 55.3% abv, this is a rare find with only 629 bottles available. The design is a humorous nod to the classic painting, ‘The Storm On The Sea of Galilee’ by Rembrandt.
