Nose: Relatively gentle on the nose. Definite hints of American oak – sawdust, oak shavings, bourbon. Also apples, with a touch of cinnamon, and buttery vanilla sponge.
Palate: A pleasant texture and a sweet taste to start (with clover flowers), becoming drier, with oak notes in the middle.
Finish: Long and fresh - a terrific blend!
